Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates seeks a Head of Design to lead our premium textiles portfolio in bedding and bathroom. You will drive concept, CAD creation, and cross‑functional collaboration with product and marketing to deliver market‑leading ranges.

You will manage a small design team, source globally, and present designs to retailers while guiding colorways, trims, and production timelines. Global travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in textiles/design is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding/bath.
• Proven CAD capability and experience with AVA, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of bedding and bathroom products for premium markets.
• Manage a small design team and collaborate with Product/Director teams.
• Provide CADs and packaging visuals for samples and presentations.
• Present concepts confidently to retailers and internal stakeholders.
