What You’ll Do
The Creative Lead role is accountable for the creative leadership of Vodafone Brand in-house Creative Studio.
This team member will be responsible creatively for leading one of the most loved and admired brands in the Telco space. This role balances people leadership with project oversight; ensuring our designers, copywriters, and videographers are empowered to do their best work while delivering high-quality, on-brief creative that meets business needs and on time.
The creative lead will lead a team of 6 individuals (dotted), including 2 Senior Graphic Designers, 1 Senior Video Editor, an art director / senior copywriter, a copywriter, and a video editor. They are responsible for the end-to-end creation of design, copywriting, digital, and multimedia content for the Vodafone brand. The Creative Lead must be a strategic thinker, leading both creative strategy and design.
The in-house creative team also provides cost savings to Vodafone by offering an alternative to external agency suppliers. The Creative Lead will oversee the full creative process, from receiving briefs, concept development, to design and production supervision, delivering agency-quality creative solutions.
This role requires excellent organizational skills to manage a large volume of work, act as a brand champion within the organization, and ensure all communications are on-brand and impactful. The Creative Lead will also foster ongoing learning and training for the team.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization, as well as externally with agencies.
