What you’ll doThe Creative Lead role is accountable for the creative leadership of Vodafone Brand in-house Creative Studio.
This team member will be responsible for leading one of the most loved and admired brands in the Telco space. This role balances people leadership with project oversight; ensuring our designers, copywriters, and videographers are empowered to do their best work while delivering high-quality, on-brief creative that meets business needs and deadlines.
The creative lead will lead a team of 6 individuals, including 2 Senior Graphic Designers, 1 Senior Video Editor, an art director / senior copywriter, a copywriter, and a video editor, responsible for end-to-end creation of design, copywriting, digital, and multimedia content for the Vodafone brand. The Creative Lead must be a strategic thinker, leading both the creative strategy and design.
The in-house creative team also aims to provide cost savings by offering an alternative to external agencies. The Creative Lead will oversee the creative process from receiving briefs to concept development, design, and production supervision, ensuring agency-level quality solutions.
This role requires excellent organizational skills to manage a high volume of work and act as a brand ambassador within the organization to ensure all communications are on-brand and impactful. It also involves ongoing learning and training of team members on essential creative skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are crucial to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels and with external agencies.
