More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a major leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper , one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

  • We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
  • Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

About The Role

We’re building a bold new brand to transform how people in the UK access and experience healthcare - from diagnosis to treatment. Sitting at the intersection of clinical care, digital experience, and behaviour change, we’re now looking for an entrepreneurial, mission-driven Creative Lead to help bring this future to life.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You’ll be part of the founding team, shaping the look, feel, and experience of our brand from the very beginning - across product, marketing, and patient content.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a category-defining brand. Set the visual and storytelling foundation for everything we build - and make sure it’s cohesive, clear, and compelling at every touchpoint.
  • Craft end-to-end experiences around real people. From landing pages to in-app moments, you’ll shape how the brand comes to life across every stage of the patient journey.
  • Run the creative squad. Lead a small, high-performing team across design, and content - giving direction, raising the bar, and building a creative culture grounded in insight and craft.
  • Shape campaigns from concept to rollout. Develop high-impact creative that tells our story, converts, and builds trust.
  • Build scalable systems. Establish brand guidelines, creative workflows, and tooling that enable quality and speed as we grow.

About You

Skills & Experience

  • You’ve got 5+ years of experience leading creative across brand, product, and marketing - with a track record of owning work end-to-end, not just executing someone else’s vision
  • You’ve led or grown a creative team, and know how to give clear direction, raise the bar, and bring out the best in others
  • You’re deeply tuned into people - you design and write based on insight, not just instinct
  • You’re obsessed with craft, but pragmatic enough to ship at speed
  • You’re comfortable across mediums - Figma to film, static to motion, ads to apps
  • You move easily between strategy and execution - able to zoom out, then roll up your sleeves
  • You’re energised by blank pages, ambiguity, and momentum - not overwhelmed by them
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in healthcare, early-stage startups, or brand-first companies where story and experience matter
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast: You’re energised by the unknown, not paralysed by it. You bias toward action, adapt quickly, and focus on outcomes over process.
  • You act like an owner: You take full responsibility for results, care deeply about the quality of your work, and hold yourself to a high standard—even when no one’s watching.
  • You balance precision and pace: You know when to optimise for speed and when to zoom in on the details. You can switch gears fluidly depending on the problem in front of you.
  • Relentlessly curious and always learning: You seek out patterns, dive into the why, and iterate fast. You're constantly testing, learning, and refining your approach.
  • Bonus points: You’ve worked in healthcare, subscriptions, or other high-consideration, regulated, or trust-based consumer markets.
