Now, we’re on the lookout for a senior Creative who’s ready to help us raise the bar. Someone who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on creative craft. If you’re ready to lead with vision, inspire with ideas, and bring bold campaigns to life—this could be your next great move.
What You’ll Be Doin
In your first year, you’ll:
Become the go-to design expert for brand and marketing teams across Europe.
Lead the full creative journey—from initial concepts to campaign-ready visuals.
Help build smart, collaborative design processes that keep us moving fast and working together.
Mentor and guide junior designers and nurture a culture of creativity and high standards.
Develop a strong, unified design direction that’s both creatively bold and commercially smart.
Create attention-grabbing visual campaigns that turn heads and set the tone for in-house creative excellence.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Designing standout visual assets for digital, print, social, and trade.
Owning the entire creative process: from brainstorming and storyboarding to final execution.
Turning briefs into brilliant brand experiences in collaboration with marketing, strategy, and brand partners.
Presenting creative ideas with confidence and clarity to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in a top-tier agency or fast-paced in-house team.
Extensive consumer experience is a must and ideally with FMCG (Food & Drinks)
A portfolio packed with visually exciting, commercially successful work across print and digital.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar).
A designer’s eye for storytelling, typography, layout, and brand systems.
Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating across departments.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
