Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Chef for a full-time role contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menus and kitchen hygiene, and help drive improvements across our food services.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
• Must hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Flexible approach to working.
• Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Respond to customer feedback to improve services.
• Assist with creating new menus and food concepts.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold brand image.
• Monitor inventories to maintain well-stocked kitchens.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to uphold hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
