Job summary

The White Bear Pub is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who can lead a section with passion for quality and consistency. You will work under the Head Chef to maintain exceptional standards and contribute to menu creation in a welcoming, food-led environment.

Qualifications

• Experience championing excellent service through quality food.
• Passion to deliver fantastic food every time.
• Active hands-on Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Willingness to learn new skills, be a team player with excellent communication.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes for menus and specials.
• Strong planning and organisational skills for GP and labour controls.
• Pro-active approach to driving sales and growth with kitchen and front of house.
