Job summary

Thomas Franks in Northampton is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our fast-paced kitchen team serving pupils and staff. You will work from fresh seasonal ingredients, create dishes from scratch, and show creativity within our brand standards.

The role requires prior CDP or junior sous chef experience, strong English communication, and a passion for food. This is a 7 day operation with shifts 5 over 7 days, offering excellent progression and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using fresh ingredients and from-scratch methods.
• Work effectively as part of a team of chefs.
• Adhere to brand standards and menu specifications.
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety policies are followed, including allergen controls.
