Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd in Winchester is seeking a Talent Chef De Partie to join a fast-paced kitchen serving a leading independent boarding and day school for girls aged 3-18. The role requires experience as a CDP or junior sous chef, with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing menus.

This is a 7 days a week operation with 5 over 7 shifts and 40 hours per week, located on-site with free parking. You will showcase creativity, work within brand standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team of chefs.
• Experience cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients.
• Understanding of brand standards and wastage control.
• Ability to follow Food Hygiene and Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team of chefs providing catering to pupils and teachers.
• Produce food for service using fresh ingredients and from scratch.
• Ensure food standards are met and wastage is controlled.
• Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and allergen procedures.
