Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Chef De Partie for a term-time role at a Northampton location. You will join a 7-day operation with shifts 5 over 7 days, cooking from fresh ingredients and following brand standards for pupils and teachers.

Ideal candidates have CDP or junior sous chef experience, a passion for great food, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• A genuine interest in food and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team within a busy service.

Responsabilidades

• Work well in a team of chefs to provide catering services to pupils and teachers.
• Prepare food from fresh ingredients, from scratch, following brand standards.
• Control wastage and ensure food hygiene and safety policies are followed.
