Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits.
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling.
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks to high standards, from classics to house specials, with confidence and flair.
• Welcome guests warmly, suggest cocktails, promote promotions, set a relaxed, memorable vibe.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized; manage stock levels and equipment; ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accuracy and accountability during shifts.
• Collaborate with restaurant and events teams to support food service and guest experiences.
