Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd's Bush is seeking a Casual Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and create memorable guest moments. You’ll mix classic and house specials, welcome guests with warmth, promote promotions, and help set a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits.
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling.
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and be on your feet for long shifts
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws
