Job summary

Hotel Indigo K West Shepherd’s Bush is seeking a Junior Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and memorable experiences. You’ll engage guests with confidence, upsell cocktails, and help set a welcoming vibe at the bar across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring experience behind a hotel bar, knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and a passion for hospitality. This role is on-site with supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits.
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling.
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and stand for long shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws.
