Job summary

Cube Branding is seeking an Agency Development & Client Relationship Manager in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with creative agencies and brands, expanding our presence across print, branding, graphics, and experiential production.

You will meet agencies, attend events, and learn how each agency operates to drive early involvement and higher account spend. This is a relationship-driven, commercially minded position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior agency contacts.
• Proactive, commercially-minded and organized.
• Experience in creative/brand/production sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with creative and marketing agencies.
• Arrange face-to-face meetings, coffees, lunches and agency visits.
• Maintain regular contact with key agency contacts and understand their projects.
• Identify opportunities early and introduce our full service range.
• Turn one-off projects into repeat business and recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and quotations.
