Craft Agency Ltd, an independent Manchester brand and design agency, is hiring for a senior client services leadership role. You will own relationships at senior levels, shape growth, and drive how the business scales beyond existing work.

Leverage a strong brand/strategy background to engage C-suite clients, maintain trusted partnerships, and mentor a growing client services team as the agency expands its portfolio and profitability.

Qualifications

• Senior relationships with C-suite and multi-year accounts
• Experience growing accounts and repositioning into deeper partnerships
• Branding, design or strategic communications background

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships at senior stakeholder level across education, healthcare, charity, arts and sport
• Set client service standards and forecast revenue and profitability for the portfolio
• Mentor junior client services staff as the function grows
