Job summary

Represent Recruitment is seeking an Account/Client Manager to join a growing creative brand design agency in London. You will work with Account Directors to run projects, build strong client relationships and align creative and strategy teams to deliver great work.

You’ll need to be proactive, organised and commercially minded, with experience in client services or project management within a creative agency or consultancy. London based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Services or project management within a creative agency or consultancy.
• Track record of managing projects from brief to delivery.
• Confident with clients and leading conversations.
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Commercially aware with budgets and scope.
• Proactive.
• Strong communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and projects
• Work with creative and strategy teams to shape briefs, timelines and deliverables
• Develop proposals, manage budgets, scope and project profitability
• Manage feedback, approvals and expectations
• Spot risks and solve problems before they become issues
• Identify opportunities for further work
• Support pitches, workshops and new business
