Job summary

Ashgrove Care Home in Hounslow, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to deliver engaging, person-centred activities. You will plan group and one-to-one sessions, tailor activities to resident interests and care needs, and help foster wellbeing and social interaction for residents including those living with dementia.

The role offers supportive training, a friendly team, and opportunities for development within a nationwide family-owned care provider.

Qualifications

• A creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• A genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in activities or a similar role is beneficial, however candidates with transferable skills from roles such as hospitality, events, childcare or community work are encouraged to apply
