Job summary

Bay Court Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life through group and individual activities tailored to residents’ interests and care needs.

You will plan diverse activities, build meaningful relationships, and work with the team to create a valued, active, and connected environment for residents, including those living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Creative and enthusiastic approach to activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Interest in supporting older people, including those living with dementia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities.
• Build relationships to understand preferences and support inclusion.
• Work as part of a wider team to create a positive, stimulating environment.
• Participate in training and development provided to support the role.
