Job summary

We are seeking a Creatio CRM Developer for a renewable utilities firm to lead AI implementation on a bespoke Creatio-based platform. You will integrate a new renewable energy communications platform with the existing stack, collaborating with PMs, stakeholders, consultancy partners, and vendor teams to ensure seamless functionality.

Key responsibilities include gathering and validating requirements, designing self-service tools and automation workflows, and driving CX improvements across group

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying CRM platforms, preferably Creatio.
• Strong understanding of contact centre operations, customer journeys and KPIs.
• Experience designing customer self-service tools and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in creating business process models, user stories, and specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Creatio CRM, BPM and low-code platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business-facing lead to gather, define and validate requirements for phased Creatio rollout.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver self-service tools and automation workflows.
• Engage with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration and CX improvements.
• Work across multi-business models, supporting digitalisation and AI initiatives.
