Job summary

Hobbycraft in Belfast is seeking a Customer Advisor to support store operations and deliver an inviting, customer-focused experience. You will work with the Store Management Team to uphold brand values and help customers with crafts and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, reliability, and a passion for craft, with opportunities to engage in stock replenishment, till duties, and Click and Collect processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at pace with accuracy.
• Passion for crafts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador – promote the Hobbycraft brand with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Teamwork – build strong relationships with the team and treat everyone with respect.
• Customer Service – deliver outstanding service and share craft knowledge with customers.
• Change – adapt to change in a positive, proactive way.
• Policies and Procedures – follow company policies and health & safety rules.
• Shop Floor – maintain high standards, replenish stock, and keep displays tidy.
• Cash Handling – operate till and process payments accurately.
• Click and Collect – assist with order pickups.
• Stock Control – minimise stock loss and ensure tagging accuracy.
• Workshops – may host craft workshops.
