Job summary

Hobbycraft in Falkirk is seeking a Customer Advisor to support the Store Management Team in delivering all aspects of store operations and customer-focused experiences. You will maintain brand standards, assist on the shop floor, and contribute to stock control and workshops, while delivering excellent service.

The role suits individuals with retail experience or those starting a career in retail, who are passionate about craft and helping customers find the right supplies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is desirable.
• Confident communicator delivering outstanding customer service.
• Passion for craft.
• Selling skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador – promote Hobbycraft brand and embrace change.
