Job summary

Keyline Care Supported Living is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (CQC Registered) to oversee the smooth running and quality of our services in Mansfield. You will lead the operations team and ensure regulatory compliance to support people with dignity, choice and independence.

This full-time role (40 hours) includes on-call duties and driving service improvements, safeguarding, risk management and staffing development.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in care or supported living settings.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding.
• Experience working with individuals with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve person-centred services, ensuring high-quality support, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
• Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments, medication management and incident reporting, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and health and safety.
• Line manage, supervise, coach and mentor Operational Managers, conduct appraisals and oversee staff recruitment, induction and development.
• Maintain safe staffing levels, motivate teams to deliver high-quality care and manage resources within budget.
