Steps Ahead Living is seeking a Registered Manager in Bromley to lead our care service and ensure high-quality, compliant care for service users. You will manage a dedicated team, oversee care plans, recruit and develop staff, and liaise with families and external agencies.

The role requires proven managerial experience in home care, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A competitive salary (£40k+), plus bonuses and career growth opportunities, are offered.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in home care or similar sector.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and home care legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage care staff to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Oversee care plans, policies, and procedures compliance.
• Ensure regulatory standards and legislation are met.
