Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, and ensure services meet regulatory standards while promoting independence for individuals receiving care.

You will play a key role in safeguarding, risk assessment, and effective communication with local authorities and healthcare professionals – driving continuous improvement and staff

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is essential.
• Care Certificate or equivalent care-sector training is expected.
• A full UK driving licence is required due to travel between services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily delivery of person-centred care and support.
• Manage and develop care staff, promoting a professional, accountable culture.
• Ensure services meet CQC requirements and relevant legislation.
• Oversee assessment and ongoing monitoring of individual care plans.
