Remedicare in Salisbury City Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee a mixed NHS and private dental practice. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive patient care quality, and lead clinical and admin teams to deliver high standards of service.

The role demands strong leadership, regulatory awareness (CQC), and the ability to build a high-performing team while ensuring efficient practice performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a dental/clinical setting or strong leadership background.
• Knowledge of practice administration and regulatory compliance (CQC) preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Computer literacy is essential; Ismile software experience is advantageous.

Job description

Location: City Centre, Salisbury, SP1. The practice is easily accessible via major bus routes, with the train station within walking distance.

Salary: £37,000, negotiable based on experience

Working Hours

Full-Time: 42 hours per week

Monday to Thursday: 8am – 6pm

Friday: 8am – 2pm

"We are looking for an experienced, motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our mixed NHS and private dental practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about dentistry, delivering exceptional patient care and developing high-performing teams.You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the practice, working closely with the clinical and administrative teams to maintain high standards of care, service and compliance.You will also be the practice's CQC Registered Manager, supporting regulatory compliance while taking responsibility for team performance, practice growth.Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with management experience and either a strong background in clinical dentistry with dental practice administration experience, or a management and leadership background."
