Job summary

Dentalcare Group Ltd in Marlborough is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to join our mixed NHS/Private practice that prioritises patient care.

You will lead governance, manage staff, recruitment, rosters, appraisals, and KPIs, ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CQC and company policy, and help develop the practice's local reputation while working 40 hours per week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in orthodontic dental practice management.
• Ability to understand budgets, targets and KPI metrics.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety.
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
• Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions.
• Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients.
• Build productive relationships with associates, supporting engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions.
• Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy).
• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours.
• Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go to dental practice.
