Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a CQC Registered Manager or equivalent with two years in the role.
• Experience with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including mental health needs.
• Residential care or supported living background; domiciliary care only is not suitable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care quality and compliance: audits, inspection readiness, improvement plans and safe service delivery.
• Lead team: recruitment, rotas, supervision, appraisals and training.
• Oversee person-centred support: care planning, risk management and communication for varied needs.
• Manage service operations: referrals, occupancy, budgets and relationships with families and professionals.
