Qualifications

• Experience as CQC Registered Manager overseeing two services.
• Strong track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, quality assurance, and service improvement.
• Practical understanding of personal care and how it relates to individuals' assessed needs and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Define personal care standards for assessed needs.
• Differentiate prompting with supervision vs physical assistance, as required.
• Ensure care notes reflect assessments and care plans.
• Incorporate MCA into assessments, care delivery and records.
