Boots Online Doctor seeks a Quality Lead to drive the quality strategy, liaise with the CQC, and ensure daily inspection readiness. You will work with complaints, incident and compliance teams to implement governance processes, build clinical quality systems, and shape the strategy using governance data.

The role reports to the Medical Director for Ops and Quality. You will influence across the service, liaise with external clinicians, and support coroner investigations where needed, maintaining

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise and GP UK registration.
• Substantial experience working as a GP in the UK.
• Experience in clinical governance including complaints, incidents and audit.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and inspection processes.
• Comfort liaising with regulators and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as Boots Online Doctor's main liaison with the CQC.
• Maintain daily inspection readiness and respond to feedback.
• Arrange mock CQC inspections and drive actions to completion.
• Build and improve systems for clinical quality and governance.
• Analyse governance data to identify themes and inform strategy.
• Lead quality strategy and drive continuous improvement across the service.
• Collaborate with complaints, incident, and compliance teams to improve service quality.
• Liaise with the Boots SI team and provide governance input to the wider Boots organisation.
• Prepare governance reports and share learnings; follow up on actions.
