Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Task Force Executive – Inspection & Assurance to lead mock inspections, assess conformity with CQC frameworks, and deliver improvement plans nationwide. The role is field-based with overnight stays and requires extensive regulatory experience.

Travel across the UK is essential, including nights away, and a full UK driving licence is required. This is a consultancy-focused opportunity to drive quality improvements in health and social care providers.

Qualifications

• Current or former CQC Inspector with inspection experience.
• Significant experience in adult social care, regulation, or compliance.
• Expert knowledge of CQC regulations, frameworks, and legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA, DoLS, H&S, Safeguarding, GDPR).
• Experience producing detailed inspection reports and improvement plans.
• Ability to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead mock CQC inspections and assurance reviews across adult social care and health services.
• Assess compliance against CQC frameworks, legislation, and best practice.
• Produce detailed inspection reports and evidence-based improvement plans.
• Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
