Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Task Force Executive – Inspection & Assurance. You will lead mock inspections, assess regulatory compliance, and produce improvement plans across the UK health and social care sectors.

The role is field-based with overnight stays, requiring extensive travel and a current UK driving licence. You will provide consultancy, training, and stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement in care quality.

Qualifications

• Current or former CQC Inspector with inspection experience.
• Significant experience in adult social care, regulation, or compliance.
• Expert knowledge of CQC regulations, frameworks, and legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA, DoLS, H&S, Safeguarding, GDPR).
• Experience producing detailed inspection reports and improvement plans.
• Ability to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (including overnight stays).

Responsibilities

• Lead mock CQC inspections and assurance reviews across adult social care and health services.
• Assess compliance against CQC frameworks, legislation, and best practice.
• Produce detailed inspection reports and evidence-based improvement plans.
• Provide expert consultancy and practical guidance to providers.
• Support services through post-inspection recovery, enforcement, and quality improvement programmes.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing compliance support.
• Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
• Represent the organisation at partnership meetings, provider forums, and sector events.
• Build strong professional relationships with providers, commissioners, and regulators.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.
