Job summary

Alternative Futures Group seeks a Chief Quality Officer (CQO) to lead quality, safety and governance across services. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and sits on the Executive Team, providing strategic direction and assurance to the Board of Trustees.

The CQO will oversee regulatory compliance, safeguard practices and performance reporting, driving continuous improvement and exceptional outcomes for people supported by our charity.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification required.
• Registration as the Nominated Individual for Alternative Futures Group with the CQC is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead across portfolio areas as part of the Executive Team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC, HSE and other regulatory bodies.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety, safeguarding and governance across services.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies, budgets and delivery plans.
• Provide regular reporting to the Board of Trustees and Executive Team.
