We are looking for an ambitious, compassionate and commercially astute Commissioning Home Manager to lead a specialist residential nursing service on the outskirts of Colchester, Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in an established specialist service supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries (ABI), traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and complex neurological conditions.
With a strong focus on quality, clinical excellence and person-centred outcomes, this role offers the autonomy and influence to help shape the next chapter of the service while creating an environment where residents and colleagues can truly thrive.
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance, financial performance and operational success of the service.
You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure residents receive outstanding, safe and effective care, while championing independence, dignity and positive outcomes.
