Job summary

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a complex care nursing home and build a high-performing team delivering person-centred care.

You will drive quality, compliance with CQC, and operational excellence while shaping the home's culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a nursing home.
• NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Experience supporting or leading complex care services.
• A proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes.
• An inspiring leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams.
