Job summary

Axiom in Kendal, England is seeking a CPS Service Coordinator to support CPS service operations by coordinating service activities and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients.

You will manage orders, schedules, reporting and parts, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service coordination, administrative, or operational support role.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer and subcontractor orders.
• Managing CPS works calendar and booking service visits.
• Report writing and site work analysis.
• Ordering parts and consumables as necessary.
• Arranging site access for engineers and undertaking briefings.
• Managing fault calls and warranty issues.
• Updating CPS systems accordingly.
