Anord Mardix in Kendal, England is seeking a CPS Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales administration team. You will support the service sales, pricing and operations groups, maintain CRM records, process orders, and help quote opportunities while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a hybrid work setting, with opportunities to influence the sales pipeline and contribute to targets.

Qualifications

• A completed education; previous experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant capacity would be preferred.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to hold up several managers, multi-task efficiently, be flexible to changes in work priorities and work as a team member.
• Self-starter with strong organization and planning skills.
• Office Skills: advanced word processing, Excel, and presentation package skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Sales team with the development and growth of business with new and existing customers.
• Provide sales administration and generate hold-ups up to the function, working closely with the sales and pricing teams.
• Assist the Pricing team in the preparation of quotations for customers.
• Processing of purchase orders and assist with invoicing queries.
• Provide and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports provided by the sales team.
• Assist the Sales team in identifying sales guides and opportunities, providing relevant research of opportunity and information relating to the guidance.
• Cross-functional communication with the solutions team to ensure sales team has all necessary hold up required.
• Monitor sales pipeline performance with sales business to ensure quarterly & annual targets are met.
