Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a CPS Sales Support Coordinator in Kendal, England. You will support the sales team with administration, quotations, and reporting while maintaining CRM data and collaborating with pricing and operations teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple managers and priorities. A completed education and Excel/presentation skills are preferred. Hybrid/remote work options may apply based on function.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant role preferred.
• Able to present information clearly to managers, associates, vendors and customers.
• Strong numerical literacy with fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with service sales, pricing and operations to provide efficient coverage and build relationships.
• Assist the sales team with development and growth of business with new and existing customers.
• Provide sales administration and support, working with sales and pricing teams.
• Have thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services and assist with quotations.
• Process purchase orders and answer invoicing queries.
• Provide and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Identify sales opportunities and research relevant data for guidance.
• Collaborate with the solutions team for required holds and information.
• Monitor sales pipeline performance and assist in meeting quarterly and annual targets.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a CPS Sales Support Coordinator located in Kendal, England, who will be reporting to CPS Bids Manager.

What a typical day looks like :

• You will work closely with the service sales, pricing and operations team along with the customer to provide an efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships
• Assist the sales team with the development and growth of business with new and existing customers
• Provide sales administration and holds up to the function, working closely with the sales and pricing teams
• Possess thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services
• Assist the Pricing team in the preparation of quotations for customers
• Processing of purchase orders and assist with invoicing queries
• Provide and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports provided by the sales team
• Assist the Sales team in identifying sales guide and opportunities, providing relevant research of opportunity and information relating to the guidance
• Experience with CRM tools
• Cross-functional communication with the solutions team to ensure sales team has all necessary hold up required
• Monitor sales pipeline performance with sales business to ensure quarterly & annual targets are met
• Contributes with sales management to identify areas of improvement in the sales pipeline & work with sales team to develop a strategy
• The employee will carry out any other administration tasks as necessary or as requested by the Heads of Department
• At all times and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the company
• And any other tasks as necessary to ensure that the Company Profits are maximised at all time

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• A completed education; previous experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant capacity would be preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information and acknowledge to questions from groups of managers, associates, vendors and/or customers.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to hold up several managers, multi-task efficiently, be flexible to changes in work priorities and work as a team member.
• Required to be a self-starter with strong organization and planning skills.
• Office Skills: advanced word processing, Excel, and presentation package skills.
