Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant role preferred.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, colleagues, vendors, or customers.
• Strong numeracy and ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Responsibilities

• Support service sales, pricing and operations teams with customers.
• Assist sales team in developing and growing business with new and existing customers.
• Handle quotations preparation and purchasing orders; respond to invoicing queries.
• Produce and distribute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate data across systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the sales pipeline targets are met.
