Axiom is seeking a CPS Service Coordinator in Kendal, England to support CPS service operations by coordinating service activities and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or service environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and subcontractor orders.
• Manage CPS works calendar and booking service visits.
• Report writing and site work analysis.
• Order parts and consumables as necessary.
• Arrange site access for engineers and undertaking briefings.
• Manage fault calls and warranty issues.
• Update CPS systems accordingly.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a new CPS Service Coordinator located in Kendal, England.

The CPS Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of CPS service operations by coordinating service activities, managing customer requirements, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Working as part of a collaborative team, this role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

What a typical day looks like:

• Processing customer and subcontractor orders
• Managing the CPS works calendar & booking service visits
• Report writing and site work analysis
• Ordering parts and consumables as necessary
• Arranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefings
• Managing fault calls and warranty issues
• Updating CPS systems accordingly

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, or service environment is desirable
• Experience of working with service management or scheduling systems is desireable
