The role

Cover Supervisors are suitably trained school staff who supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared classes when teaching staff are on short-term absence. The Cover Supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set.

The role would be perfect for anyone looking to gain experience before applying for a teaching qualification.

You will be confident and enthusiastic, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of young people and fellow colleagues.
