Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to work across Redbridge secondary schools. You will supervise classes when teachers are absent, deliver prepared materials, and maintain a positive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with young people, strong behaviour management, and the ability to cover multiple subjects. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be ready for immediate interviews.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school.
• Confident managing groups of pupils aged 11-18.
