Tradewind Recruitment LTD is seeking Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Hounslow on a daily supply basis. This is a flexible opportunity for those looking to gain experience in secondary education or work with young people without long-term commitments.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms when regular teachers are absent, supervise students, and follow pre-prepared lessons. You won’t plan or mark lessons, but you’ll lead a class independently and help maintain a

Cover Supervisor - Daily Supply

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Hounslow on a daily supply basis.

This is a great opportunity if you are looking for flexible work, want to gain further experience within secondary education, or enjoy working with young people without the commitment of a long-term placement.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom when the regular teacher is absent and supervise students while they complete pre-prepared lessons and activities.

Essential Requirements

We are looking for reliable and confident candidates who:

• Have experience working with secondary-aged children or young people
• Are confident managing a classroom
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can follow instructions and deliver pre-prepared work effectively
• Are reliable, punctual and professional
• Can adapt quickly to different schools and classroom environments
• Have a genuine interest in supporting young people's education
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Youth Worker, Sports Coach, Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role would be beneficial.
