You will deliver pre-set work and maintain student engagement during teacher absences. You will supervise lessons, manage behaviour, and foster a positive learning environment while supporting students throughout lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in educational, coaching, mentoring, or youth work settings.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• DBS Update Service Enhanced DBS is ESSENTIAL for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lessons across secondary subjects using work set by teaching staff.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Support students with learning and engagement throughout lessons.
• Report issues to relevant school staff.
