Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking confident, reliable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Darlington and surrounding areas. You could be an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate seeking school experience, or someone with a strong background working with young people.

You will step into classrooms, manage behaviours, keep pupils engaged, and ensure learning continues when the regular teacher is absent.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people or in education preferred.
• Qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

• A degree, relevant teaching qualification, or experience within education would be fantastic.
• However qualifications aren't essential! We are equally interested in candidates with strong practical experience, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage a classroom independently.
