Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Warrington is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the area. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, help maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of education when teachers are absent.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in educational, coaching, mentoring, or similar setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Proactive, professional, and adaptable approach.
• Confidence leading a classroom and managing student behaviour effectively.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Location: Warrington
Start Date: September

Salary: £92.63 - £100 per day (dependent on experience and school)

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classes during short-term teacher absences. Your key responsibilities will include:
