Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools in Bishop Auckland and surrounding areas. You will step into classrooms, manage a range of behaviours and keep pupils engaged when the usual teacher is absent.

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate looking to gain experience in education, or someone with a strong background working with young people, we’d love to speak with you.

Competenze

• Experienced Cover Supervisors with a confident classroom presence.
• Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Mansioni

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate looking to gain experience in education, or someone with a strong background working with young people, we'd love to speak with you!

We're looking for individuals who can step into the classroom, manage a range of behaviours, keep pupils engaged and ensure learning continues in the absence of the usual teacher.

Qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement!

• A degree, relevant teaching qualification, or experience within education would be fantastic.
• However, qualifications aren't essential! We're equally interested in candidates with strong practical experience, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage a classroom independently.
