Job description

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to work at a Secondary School in Worcester. The school prides itself on providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, with high expectations for students and a strong commitment to their academic and personal development.

Our partner school requires an experienced Cover Supervisor to provide classroom supervision and support when teachers are absent. The successful candidate will oversee pre-planned lessons, encourage students to complete their work and ensure that good behaviour is maintained throughout each lesson.

This role is due to start in September and last until the end of the academic year.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising classes of secondary-aged students.
• Overseeing pre-planned lessons and ensuring work is completed.
• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4.
