Job summary

Flourish Education in Malvern is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work within a local secondary school. You will supervise lessons, manage student behaviour and ensure planned work is completed in a calm, productive environment.

The role starts in September and runs until the end of the academic year. You should have a degree or equivalent and experience with KS3 and KS4, with good knowledge of the National Curriculum and strong communication skills.

• Collect completed work and return it to the regular classroom teacher.
• Communicate any concerns, incidents or relevant student information to teaching staff.

Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work within a Secondary School in Malvern. The school is dedicated to providing students with a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment and has high expectations for behaviour, achievement and student development.

We are working closely with our partnership school to find a dependable Cover Supervisor who can confidently supervise lessons and support students in the absence of their usual teacher. You will oversee work that has already been prepared, encourage students to remain engaged and ensure the classroom remains calm and productive.

The role is expected to start in September and continue until the end of the academic year.

Key responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:

• Supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
