TeacherActive is partnering with a well-respected mainstream Secondary School in Bromsgrove. We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre-planned work and keep learners engaged.

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for long-term placements, with flexible day-to-day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes across the secondary age range, delivering pre-planned work, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
