Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a Cover Supervisor in Warwickshire to supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre‑planned work and ensure students stay engaged with their learning.

The role offers long‑term placements with flexible day‑to‑day work, paying £110–£150 per day, and access to CPD and support from a dedicated team of consultants.

Are you adaptable, reliable and able to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School in the Studley area. The school provides a supportive learning environment with a focus on maintaining high expectations and encouraging students to engage positively with their education.

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for long‑term placements, with flexible day‑to‑day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across the secondary age range, deliver pre‑planned work, manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused and engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A positive can‑do attitude
